Family Caregivers. If you are waiting for that call or that MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION... You might be dead before that happens. Unfortunately, this is the sad truth for many Family Caregivers.

Make a list of what you need help with.... State calmly and clearly what you want them to specifically help you with. Example..... "I have an appointment on Saturday from 9am to 3pm, I will leave breakfast and lunch for you to give mom and put out her medications as well. You just need to be there with her to ensure she takes it" BE SPECIFIC..
