Happy World Physiotherapy Day 2024!!! Every September 8th the world acknowledges and celebrates the work of Physios globally and how we can positively impact your health and wellness. The theme this year centers around the management of low back pain; a very common and debilitating condition with variable causes. Physiotherapy has shown to be effective in managing symptoms with exercise and lifestyle changes. Low back pain does not have to adversely affect you; it can be managed effectively with proper guidance and understanding of what’s causing your symptoms. Physiotherapists are key in helping you regain a pain free, stronger and functional life!

Intensive two day Sports Physiotherapy Level 1 course Day 1. Provided by the APA; Australian Physiotherapy Association in collaboration with the Physiotherapy Association of Trinidad and Tobago. Very interesting, applicable content for Physiotherapists to manage not only our professional and amateur athletes but for the average patient who presents with injury. Great review and provision of best practice methods. Also always great meeting up with colleagues. Looking forward to day 2 💪
