Reading out loud isn’t just for children—it’s a gift we can share with our parents and grandparents too. When we read to our seniors, we’re doing more than just speaking words on a page; we’re painting pictures in their minds, offering them a beautiful escape into stories that keep their minds active and engaged. It can help slow cognitive decline, spark cherished memories, and bring moments of true joy. Even more, it creates meaningful human connection and eases feelings of loneliness and anxiety.

We are deeply grateful to our wonderful volunteer, Mrs. Suzette Cadiz, for generously sharing her time and heart with our residents. Your presence makes a world of difference!
