🌿Tobago Blue Food Festival🌿 a space conducive of creativity, resourcefulness, ingenuity and originality.
Beginning in 1998, in the Northerly village of Lanse Fourmi, this culinary showcase has grown and evolved into a calendar favourite for Tobagonians and tourists alike.
Even after this event’s move to Bloody Bay in 2004, community tourism has never taken a back seat. Villagers and residents of north Tobago remain center stage of the event’s planning, ex*****on and benefits.
With a specific focus on Tobago’s ground provision the dasheen, Blue Food highlighted innovative ways of preserving traditional agricultural produce whilst fusing them with modern culinary practices.
From sweet treats and desserts, to beverages, to full course meals….at Blue Food you found everything dasheen!💙
With the public shuttles, timely infrastructural development and unmatched Tobago talent as entertainment, patrons and vendors were treated to an enticingly enhanced experience.
