What I'm focusing on for my skin in 2026✨

10 step routines are nice to look at but they're usually not practical for busy people like us. So I'm focusing on a few products that serve more than one purpose.

Switching to a tinted sunscreen to more effectively prevent hyperpigmentation, oxidative stress and signs of ageing.

Making sure to remove sunscreen, makeup, dust etc from the day (no matter how tired I am).

Listening to my skin so I make progress without causing irritation/inflammation.

Do you need to wear sunblock everyday? 👀

Technically, no. When the UV index is 0-2, you don't need SPF.

You do need at least SPF 30 when the index is 3-5 and you should wear sunglasses and try to cover up or stay in the shade if you're outside for more than an hour.

More protection is required if the UV index is 6 and over.

But are you going to check the UV index every day?

Probably not...so my motto remains: wear the sunblock every day 😎
