I thought rain would clean up the air and the stuffy nose situation would get better... Unfortunately it is not the case at all.

I woke up with a sneezing and runny nose this morning and even the baby was affected.
Since it's going to rain for quite some time I started a 21 day mandala for Jala Neti.

The headache disappeared immediately and I can finally breathe properly. Spring is long awaited but the side effects are not.

Take care of yourselves and stay strong and healthy!

Morning sadhana with an 8 month old baby is something of a battle of wills...

Baby has a routine and some unscheduled crying which the "milk lady" has to solve 😉

Most days I'm quite successful with all my practices which are not that many anyway but today was a real trial of my patience...

Baby cried and 💩 and I hurt my wrist twisting his water bottle 😂 bones and back are not what they used to be...

Overall I'd give this morning 6 out of 10... Not the worst one we survived so far!
What can you do? If the baby cries, mother will run to it...

🪷 Surya Kriya 是一種非常緩慢而溫和的練習,相當適合初學者。它會慢慢變暖並伸展您的關節和肌肉,有助於緩解慢性疼痛和僵硬。它還可以調理您的整個身體並平靜您的心靈。在整個練習過程中,您始終閉上眼睛,專注於呼吸。這是修行的內在精神部分。

☀️ Surya 的意思是太陽,Kriya 的意思是內在的能量過程。 Surya Kriya 會活化太陽神經叢以提高系統中的 Samat Prana 或太陽熱量。

Surya Kriya 需要 6 小時來學習。
課程分為2天,每天3小時。之
後每天在家自己練習。
還提供額外的練習課程和糾正課程。
每天練習大約需要30分鐘,最好在早上進行。
必須空腹練習,即飽餐後4小時、點心後2.5小時、喝飲料後1.5小時。

我對 Surya Kriya 的個人經歷是,這是發生在我身上的最好的事情。它有助於緩解我的慢性背痛和經期疼痛,因為它可以平衡體內的荷爾蒙水平,並使脊椎保持正確的幾何形狀。

Finally spring is here. Funny story - the other day I was doing my daily practice. It's the same since January, Surya Kriya, 12 Surya Shakti's and Shambawi.

In the middle of Surya Shakti I started to run out of breath and it felt off. It took me quite some time to realise that my nose was partially blocked and I don't have enough air!

With the spring and all the blooming trees and plants some allergies are inevitable. Sometimes we get used to small issues and we don't notice them, but overtime life quality and in my case practice quality is lower!

I immediately did Jala Neti and finished my practice with lungs full of air and clarity in my head.

It's very interesting how small changes can make a huge difference. What do you think?

Ekadashi is a very special day when we are less hungry and therefore it's much easier to fast.

I used to observe every ekadashi in the past, but currently being a new mom and breastfeeding, so I do eat on those days.

If you ever wanted to try but not sure if you can stay one whole day without food, this is your sign! Just give it a go 😁

I consider myself very lucky and blessed and I never take any of it for granted.

The world is burning due to the madness of one man and who knows how long we have? This moment is inevitable, Sadhguru has been teaching me since my first IE program.

This idea has been very strongly reinforced during BSP and now I live by it. So my advice as a yogi and a mother to all my lovely people out there:
Go on the trip, buy the shoes and eat the cake.

Don't postpone anything for tomorrow, next year or when you retire. Do it now.
I do realise that I'm talking from the position of white privilege of someone in a very comfortable place in life but I strongly believe you are in exactly the same position as me and anything else is an excuse.

Listen to Sadhguru and please don't postpone your life🙏

Amazingly over the holidays I was able to increase my daily sadhana to one cycle of Surya Kriya, 6 Surya Shakti's and Shambawi. Consistent practice is absolutely amazing on my body and mind.

One of the nights I had a dream that I was doing Linga Seva... I was very blissful, just sitting in the temple and enjoying the quiet.

My body is here but my mind longs for the Ashram. I can't wait to take my baby to the temple and show him to Devi. This is just a dream for now but it will become reality.
Meanwhile I chant Devi Aarti and dream...
