▍創傷型耳鳴，常見有哪些表現？
李冠瑩醫師提醒，症狀因人而異，但常見包括：

Understanding Auditory Neuropathic Sensitization
In the clinic, we often hear tinnitus patients say, "This sound makes me so irritable, I don't want to go out, and I even experience panic." This isn't merely an ear problem; rather, it's a reaction of an over-alert nervous system. This reaction may be related to stress, emotions, and the autonomic nervous system, and we refer to it as "auditory neuropathic sensitization."
So, what's the difference between auditory neuropathic sensitization and, say, the feeling you get when you're rushing while driving and another car honks at you, causing your heart rate to accelerate, blood pressure to rise, and your temper to flare?
