本（2026）年3月16日至4月15日，來自Overbrook Hospital（OBH）之六位醫事人員，經院方遴選至彰化基督教醫院（CCH）進行為期一個月之研習。課程內容涵蓋加護病房、感染控制、生殖醫學中心、營養部、手術室及安寧緩和照護等多元領域。透過實地觀摩與臨床交流，學員深入了解臨床照護流程、單位運作模式及跨專業團隊合作之實務經驗。
除專業課程外，亦安排雲林基督教醫院參訪及鹿港老街文化體驗，使學員在精進專業知能之餘，亦能感受在地文化與人文風情，促進跨文化交流。
於結訓分享會中，學員分別發表學習成果與心得，內容涵蓋彰基與OBH之制度比較與差異分析，以及未來返國後於臨床實務之應用規劃。會後由指導教師頒發結訓證書，為本次培訓課程畫下圓滿句點。
From March 16 to April 15, 2026, six healthcare professionals from Overbrook Hospital (OBH) were selected to participate in a one-month training program at Changhua Christian Hospital (CCH), Taiwan. The program covered a wide range of specialties, including the Intensive Care Unit, infection control, the Reproductive Medicine Center, the Department of Nutrition, the operating room, and hospice and palliative care. Through on-site observation and clinical exchanges, participants gained in-depth insights into clinical care processes, departmental operations, and interdisciplinary teamwork in practice.
In addition to professional training, the program also included a visit to Yunlin Christian Hospital and a cultural experience at Lukang Old Street, allowing participants to further enrich their learning while experiencing local culture and fostering cross-cultural exchange.
During the final presentation session, participants shared their learning outcomes and reflections, including comparative analyses of systems and practices between CCH and OBH, as well as plans for applying their newly acquired knowledge to clinical practice upon returning home. Certificates of completion were presented by supervising faculty, marking the successful conclusion of the training program.
