I find laparoscopy incision around the umbilicus the most troublesome and the source of many uterine and bladder problems. This is the site of a ligament to the bladder and the kitcha meridian of the uterus. Adhesion here cuts off energy to the uterus and affects the bladder.

Post-Op adhesions can form at the incision sites and around organs, causing chronic pain, bowel obstruction and fertility issues

經痛與血塊的關聯 Painful Periods and Clots are Interrelated

子宮排出血塊的時候要經過子宮頸，這會造成幾乎跟生產時一樣的宮縮疼痛。血塊減少的話，經痛也會跟著減少。
為什麼會有血塊？因為吃冰嗎？不一定
有的時候是因為子宮移位，影響子宮循環。比如子宮後傾的時候容易有血塊，月經來時會拉肚子、經痛，這些都是子宮在努力排出血塊的徵兆

當子宮正位後，子宮循環變好，血塊減少，經痛也會減少，兩個關係是相連的

When passing menstrual clots, they move through the cervix, which can bring on severe cramping similar to labor pains. Sometimes menstrual clots are caused by an off-centered uterus and stagnation. 子宮正位後受孕的個案通常是子宮往左或往右移的個案。這樣的子宮移位壓到輸卵管，導致卵子比較難遇到精子。這樣的子宮移位月經來時、排卵時，下腹會有一個共同的悶痛點

It’s common for folks to conceive after one session of Womb-Centering or Abdominal Therapy….Why? Because the position of the uterus may play a role in fertility

Clients with left or right shifted wombs have the highest conception success after treatment, because this shift could be blocking a uterine tube. This blockage is released during the treatment and then it’s out of my hands and fully up to the couple’s karma🥹

A common sign of a L or R shifted womb is during menstruation and ovulation, there is the same dull pain in a particular spot in the lower belly. 我不想嚇大家，但有些停經婦女開始坐薫後會排出一些莫名顏色的分泌物或黑色的血塊。這些是最後一次月經來時，沒有排出的經血變成血塊殘留在子宮裡

Ahhh…the Last-Period-Ever…the thought of which may bring relief to many, but for those who tend to get dark clots at the beginning of the cycle, beware….that’s me**es residue from the previous cycle being passed in this cycle.

Yes those clots stayed inside the uterus for all those weeks!

The Last-Period-Ever means the uterus doesn’t get another chance to pass the me**es residue from the Last-Period-Ever EVER!

That’s why when some post-menopausal folks with wombs start pelvic steaming, they could start passing very dark, dried clots…the herbs and warm steam loosen the residue that’s been inside the uterus for how ever long ago the Last-Period-Ever was.
