Новая турбина . Осовременил дизелек , осталось настроить топливо и доработать впуск (мало свиста, хочу слышать ВСЁ). Но уже сейчас едет как атмосферный объемный двигатель, турбояма пропала.

New modern ball bearing turbo on old diesel. Still requires some fuel tune, but even now it goes much better then it was. Turbo lag doesn’t exist anymore 👍

Unpacking my new TD04HL-19T turbos. Now to get them disassembled for powder coating. Going with a Bronze cold side and a Funk turbo blanket for hot side 🤔

.performance First tune of the year. Chris’s jzx100, running a kinugawa bolt on turbo with turbosmart external wastegate, Tomei poncams, sard fuel rail with 1000cc injectors, apexi power fc and avcr making some solid and responsive power for a stock bottom end 1jz.

Mocking up a few different setups (final couplers and T clamps will be black don’t worry) trying to see where I need to make some welds to the FMIC. Will be making a rear turbo intercooler pipe that is one piece instead of having two different pipes there. My turbo is clocked perfectly vertical so I will be running out of it and along the firewall giving a little distance from the engine heat even though there’s also a blanket on that rear turbo and ceramic downpipes and manifold coating.

I will then need to adjust my oil cooler bracket to slightly angle it back if I am to have any chance of it fitting with the FMIC pipes coming off it.

Also building a new exhaust section and extending the downpipe slightly. Stay tuned !

Excellent and reasonable price especially the tax paid ahead DHL .Best after sale service , fixing the CHRA was a challenge but with Kinugawa support , instructions and also reshipping free headless hex M12 as a replacement of the 2 water coolant seal bolts witch was interfering with the coolant pipes via DHL in 3 days made the job easy .my turbo works like new , my 850 T5 power restored . I am very impressed with the product and I will definitely buy from this great company when needed.
