1964年臺灣第一位醫學影像放射技師獲證蔡炳坤先生所創立，為臺灣第一所醫事技術專門學校，目前是臺灣培養大健康產業人才最專業的大學。
Yuanpei University of Medical Technology (YUMT) is founded in 1964 by Taiwan's first licensed medical imaging radiographer Mr. YUMT was the first higher education institution in Taiwan to specialise in the field of medical technology and is currently one of the leading universities in healthcare education.

本校華語文中心則成立於2019年，本中心致力於提升國際學生之華語能力及傳播中華文化，提供多樣化華語課程、短期交流營隊等課程，元培華語文中心將會是您學習中文的好選擇。
YUMT Chinese Language Learning Center (CLLC) is founded in 2019. We provide a variety of language courses, fun camps and hands-on workshops. CLLC can be one of your best choices to practice Chinese from healthcare perspectives.
