Bandha 不是刻意用力收緊,更像是一種方向、意圖。
它提醒我們,讓能量往上走,讓注意力回到身體的中心,保持呼吸細緻、穩定、連續。
我們不需要用力抓緊哪一塊肌肉,只要讓呼吸平穩,身體自然會形成輕微的集中,這就是 bandha 的開始。
讓呼吸自然,bandha 會在穩定的呼吸中慢慢浮現。
