這 4 週,你會慢慢感覺到身體「更有底」,同時也「更願意放鬆」。
- **力量更穩、肌耐力更好**:不是硬撐,而是找得到出力的位置;站得住、撐得久,動作也更有掌控感。
- **活動度更開**:胸、肩、髖在輕柔而持續的延展裡變得更有空間,卡卡感逐步減少。
- **平衡與協調提升**:身體覺察更清楚,重心更穩,動作更流暢,也更省力。
- **練完更清爽、更安定**:每次結束都像把緊繃放回原位,留下的是舒展、踏實,和更安靜的心。
1) **哈達瑜伽**:從基礎體位法與呼吸節奏建立穩定根基
2) **瑜伽輪**:用輔具延展胸、肩、髖,釋放緊張,喚醒脊椎活力
3) **基礎後彎**:逐步打開胸腔,強化背部與核心,減少腰背代償與壓力
4) **陰陽流暢瑜伽**:動態訓練結合深層放鬆,讓身體修復、心也安定

Sometimes what the body needs isn’t more pushing—it’s steadier strength and more space to breathe. **4-week yoga plan** is built around three essentials—**muscle endurance, flexibility, and balance**—so you can grow stronger in a safe, progressive way while gradually releasing the tension you’ve been carrying.
Over these four weeks, you’ll start to feel more **support** in your body—while also feeling more **ease**.
- **Steadier strength & endurance**: not forcing, but learning where your strength lives—so you can hold longer with better control.
- **More mobility**: gentle, consistent opening through the chest, shoulders, and hips, so stiffness gradually softens.
- **Improved balance & coordination**: clearer body awareness, steadier center of gravity, smoother movement with less effort.
- **A calmer finish**: you’ll leave practice feeling refreshed and grounded—like the tension has been put down, not pushed through.
1) **Hatha Yoga**: foundational postures and breathwork to build stability
2) **Yoga Wheel**: supported opening for the chest, shoulders, and hips to release tension and energize the spine
3) **Backbend Basics**: progressive heart-opening, stronger back and core, less strain on the lower back
4) **Yin Yang Vinyasa Yoga**: dynamic training plus deep relaxation for recovery and mental calm
