你或許已經嘗試過「更努力」,但身體真正需要的是「更有空間」與「更穩的力量」。這四堂課,我們以肌耐力、柔軟度和平衡為核心,透過安全、逐步的練習解除日常緊繃,建立可持續的體能基礎。每次結束都有像把緊繃放回原位的踏實感。
1) **哈達瑜伽**:從基礎體位法與呼吸節奏建立穩定根基
2) **瑜伽輪**:用輔具延展胸、肩、髖,釋放緊張,喚醒脊椎活力
3) **基礎後彎**:逐步打開胸腔,強化背部與核心,減少腰背代償與壓力
4) **陰陽流暢瑜伽**:動態訓練結合深層放鬆,讓身體修復、心也安定

Put Tension Back in Its Place—4 Weeks to a More Grounded Body
Maybe you’ve tried pushing harder—but what your body really needs is space and steady strength. Over four weekly classes we focus on endurance, flexibility, and balance with safe, progressive practices that ease daily tension and build lasting resilience. Finish each session feeling like the tension has been put back where it belongs—calmer and more grounded.
1) **Hatha Yoga**: foundational postures and breathwork to build stability
2) **Yoga Wheel**: supported opening for the chest, shoulders, and hips to release tension and energize the spine
3) **Backbend Basics**: progressive heart-opening, stronger back and core, less strain on the lower back
4) **Yin Yang Vinyasa Yoga**: dynamic training plus deep relaxation for recovery and mental calm
