π DIET HELPS TO LOSE 8KG IN JUST 7 DAYS π
π This diet helps you lose weight, burn fat without starving the body. All you need to do is eat the right foods when you are hungry.

DAY 1: EAT ONLY FRUIT π
Whenever you feel hungry, you are only allowed to eat fruit. When you are thirsty, you can drink as much water as you want, at least 8 cups / day.
However, one fruit that you can't touch on this day is bananas. Best choices are watermelon, strawberry, cantaloupe, custard apple, peach.
DAY 2: EAT ONLY VEGETABLES πΏ

On day 4, you must eat at least 8 bananas and drink 3-4 cups of milk. Note, do not add any other food to the body.
DAY 5: TOMATO And RICE π

You are allowed to eat a bowl of rice for lunch and 6 tomatoes for the whole day. On day 5, you must drink more water (about 15 cups), because the body will produce more uric acid by eating tomatoes.
DAY 6: VEGETABLES And RICE π₯π
You are allowed to eat a bowl of rice at lunch and choose any of your favorite vegetables to accompany the day. Reduce water intake to 8-12 cups.
DAY 7: FINISHED βοΈ
