15年前開始提出與倡導 Early bone augmentation 的 concept 與 technique，一直都沒有空寫成論文發表。經過多年的整理與修訂，總算付梓登出。二十多年來，雖然發明與開創了許多手術技法，但這approach 絕對是paradigm shift 等級的作法。也希望能造福更多的醫師與病人。免費PDF可供下載。
It has been over 15 years since I first proposed the "Early bone augmentation" concept and technique. During the pandemic, I finally had time to go over cases and tried to write down the protocol. The article was accepted last year and published this year. This approach is for sure a paradigm shift for bone augmentation. Hope more clinicians and patients will be benefited from this simple and easy protocol. The most important of all is its predictability and good prognosis.

年底大課：軟硬組織再生新視野 All about Tissue Regeneration
日期：12月28日 (六)、12月29日 (日)，10:00 am - 18:30 pm
這課程是個對口內 tissue regeneration 一個大一統的臨床指引與技術統整。相對於片段式的各種術式學習與應用，往往會造成見樹不見林的迷惘。這年終課程主要是聚焦在補骨的極限應用，對於牙周與齒槽骨的雙重破壞，更提出新的作法與概念，達成 zero-wall regeneration 與垂直增高的極致效果。
本課程同時將生長因子的應用與效益，做一個臨床分享，對其在軟硬組織的作法與效益，做一個深度與廣度的分析，也幫助學員將生長因子導入日常的臨床工作。
實作內容主要是 GTR、 GBR，再加入部分的 CTG，達成合併術式的進階做法。本課程也會練習 GEM21S 的操作與應用。
