二、第一項所述費用不包括以下項目：
*個人日用品、特殊營養品、紙尿褲、看護墊、醫療耗材等消耗品。
*就醫或住院期間所需醫療、交通費用及僱請看護人員之費用。
*其他因住民個人原因所生之費用。
