【頭皮管理】已是目前髮妝界甚至是醫學美容業新興熱門的創新服務產業，然而市面上有關頭皮保養和按摩的相關產品及服務甚多，不乏國際知名品牌，卻不能提供具學術背景之【頭皮專業知識】，以及回到沙龍實務操作沒辦法創造「頭皮業績倍增」；故台灣的臺北醫學大學進修推廣處與亞太地區最具完整系统的頭皮管理師培訓認證機構「APTF亞太頭皮管理師認證聯盟」共同規劃依據醫學專業與創新經營模式的課程，並確立「頭皮管理 & SCALP」之定義，開產業引領之先驅，現已成爲美業普遍使用之專業用詞。運用「頭皮管理辨症學」五大精髓步骤：諮詢、檢測、辨症、護理、改善之理論與實務無縫接軌的「教育、培訓、技術、實習、認證」結盟大學授課方式及提供頭皮管理沙龍營運模式「整店輸入、就業創業、管理輔導」協助沙龍現場實際操作創造倍增業績，為美業打造最正統的専業「頭皮管理師」的全方位能力。
