「中線」是身體的對稱軸,也是大腦調節姿勢、平衡與動作控制的核心參考點。本課程將引導學員從解剖與神經整合的角度,理解中線如何影響身體排列與動作效率。 透過前庭系統、眼球功能與本體感覺的評估,學員將學習如何判斷中線偏移的方向與可能的神經來源。當中線感知出現偏差,將進一步透過皮拉提斯動作與感官整合訓練,協助身體找回中心與平衡。 這是一堂融合評估技巧、神經整合觀念與動作實作的進階課程,適合物理治療師、動作專業人員、皮拉提斯教師與所有關心身心整合的從業者參加。

The ”midline“ is the body‘s axis of symmetry and a key reference point the brain uses to regulate posture, balance, and movement control. This workshop guides participants in understanding how the midline influences body alignment and movement efficiency from both anatomical and neuro-integrative perspectives. Through assessments of the vestibular system, ocular function, and proprioception, participants will learn to identify the direction of midline deviation and its possible neurological causes. When a shift in midline perception is detected, targeted Pilates movements and multisensory integration exercises will be introduced to help the body restore its center and balance. This advanced-level workshop integrates assessment techniques, neuro-integrative concepts, and practical movement applications. It is ideal for physical therapists, movement professionals, Pilates instructors, and anyone interested in the integration of brain and body function.
