Amid Japan’s current matcha shortage, we helped Nipponmatcha swiftly develop a new brand identity and packaging system — rooted in Kyoto’s authentic matcha heritage, and reimagined through a modern global lens.

Beyond packaging, we also supported trade show materials — from visual identity, packaging to advertising materials — ensuring a cohesive and high-impact storytelling experience that connects across cultures.

Redefining Material Innovation

We partnered with Present Materials to introduce a groundbreaking, eco-friendly yoga block designed to inspire change. With insights from Pentatonic, this product embodies the philosophy: sustainability at every step, from concept to completion. The innovative cardboard structure not only challenges the norm of plastic-based aids but also serves as a call to rethink materiality in everyday items.

We provided strategic deliverables, including product research, design ideation, and engineering, all executed from Taiwan. Our design reflects a deep understanding of material impact and aims to empower sustainable yoga practices in markets across the USA and Europe.

Developing the Future of Sustainable Yoga Products

At HUEMON Design, we’re proud to contribute to the 3 years development of a sustainable yoga block for Pentatonic (Berlin & London).This eco-conscious product replaces fossil-fuel-derived materials with recycled, recyclable, and all-natural components. From product research and design ideation to manufacturing and material engineering, we’ve handled each stage with care to ensure a minimal environmental footprint.

This project reflects our commitment to rethinking material usage, optimizing lifespan, and creating design solutions that promote low-impact shipping and recycling.

在 HUEMON Design,我們自豪地參與了與 Pentatonic(柏林與倫敦)合作的永續瑜伽磚三年開發過程。這款具環保意識的產品,以回收、可再循環及全天然材料取代了傳統的石化原料。從產品研究、設計構思,到製造與材料工程,我們每個階段都細心處理,確保環境足跡最小化。

Celebrating the grand opening of VALENTINO with a collaboration with Chun Shui Tang. We utilized Taiwan’s paper customization technique to meticulously craft special-sized bubble tea straws in PinkPP color. 🥤🎉

Valentino‘s PinkPP connection with Chun-Shui-Tang in Taichung.

Taichung ─ Valentino announces its new boutique situated in the bustling heart of the Xinguang Mitsukoshi Mall in West District, Taichung.

This store showcases the latest women‘s collection, featuring the debut of the new Valentino Garavani VLogo Moon handbag. The iconic Locò bag and Rockstud ballet flats are also prominently displayed.

To celebrate the grand opening, we participated Valentino’s collaboration with the renowned Chun Shui Tang, the originator of bubble tea. Together, they present the well-known drink in PinkPP color scheme to add a vibrant touch to the occasion.

全新精品店佔地超過80平方米,這也是品牌繼台北和高雄後到中部開設的第五家精品店,標誌著Valentino在全球零售網絡擴張的發展中邁出了重要一步。

中港店的Valentino精品店備有最新女裝系列而全新的Valentino Garavani VLogo Moon手袋也在台中新店隆重登場;另外品牌標誌性的Locò 手袋和Rockstud芭蕾舞鞋亦同時展出。

為慶祝新店開幕,受Valentino委託,串連來頭不小來自發明珍珠奶茶的名店「春水堂」合作,將知名的珍珠奶茶換上亮眼的 Pink PP 配色亮眼裝扮出場。

It forever engraves these carefully crafted unique shades into the brand's design language. Pink PP represents a bold fashion statement: customers can bring the avant-garde spirit into their daily lives through lifestyle products, enhancing the brand's essence with pink. From tents, camping tables and chairs, swings, to gelato trucks, using monochromatic symbols, they elevate outdoor camping into a luxurious and fashionable party, creating Valentino's summer pink world.

Valentino 作為第一家以研發品牌色彩為目的而與彩通 (Pantone) 攜手合作的歐洲奢侈品牌,此次合作體現了 Valentino 對色彩的細緻把控,並將精心打造的獨特色調永遠刻在了品牌的設計語言之中。Pink PP 代表了一種張力十足的時尚宣言:顧客更可通過生活方式單品,將先鋒精神帶到日常生活中,以粉色加乘,完美的將品牌精神具象呈現,從帳篷、露營桌椅、盪鞦韆、到義式冰淇淋車,以單色符號將戶外野營昇華成充滿奢華感的時尚派對,打造出屬於 Valentino 的夏日粉色世界。
