Finland has a long tradition of well-organized civil preparedness. Finnish authorities maintain a comprehensive online preparedness guide to help people understand how to act in case of disruptions or exceptional situations. Although the likelihood of such threats materialising is low, readiness is considered an essential part of our whole-of-society resilience. Taiwan has recently released a similar preparedness guide, which will soon be distributed to every household in Taiwan. This guide aims to strengthen public awareness and provide practical steps on how individuals can prepare themselves and respond effectively in unexpected situations. 【起源 ORIGIN｜芬蘭藝術家蘿拉·迪莫娃個展】

芬蘭藝術家 Lora Dimova 將於 2025 年 9 月 26 日至 10 月 26 日在新北市立鶯歌陶瓷博物館 B1 陶藝長廊舉辦個展《起源》。

展覽以「破壞與重生的循環」為核心，探討物質的蛻變、自然隱形力量的痕跡，以及大地作為人類記憶與生命承載體的象徵。透過瓷器與雕塑，迪莫娃將時間、壓力、斷裂與重塑化為形體，邀請觀者感受大地與生命的永恆對話。

【Origin | Solo Exhibition by Lora Dimova】

Finnish artist Lora Dimova will present her solo exhibition Origin at the New Taipei City Yingge Ceramics Museum, B1 Ceramics Hallway, from September 26 to October 26, 2025.

Centered on cycles of destruction and renewal, the exhibition reflects on the metamorphosis of matter, the hidden forces of nature, and the earth as a living archive of human traces and life’s beginnings. Through porcelain and sculpture, Dimova transforms time, pressure, fracture, and reshaping into form, inviting us into a timeless dialogue with the earth.

芬蘭國寶級建築師阿爾瓦・阿爾托（Alvar Aalto) 首度在台灣的大型回顧展

忠泰美術館於8月16日推出芬蘭國寶級建築師「阿爾瓦・阿爾托（Alvar Aalto）」臺灣首度大型回顧展——《創造即生活──愛諾、艾莉莎與阿爾瓦．阿爾托》（Creating for the Everyday – Aino, Elissa and Alvar Aalto）。

展覽由忠泰美術館與芬蘭阿爾瓦．阿爾托基金會（Alvar Aalto Foundation）共同策劃，聚焦阿爾瓦・阿爾托與前後兩任建築師妻子——愛諾（Aino）、艾莉莎（Elissa），如何共同形塑建築與設計理念，展現北歐文化對自然、光線與生活空間的深刻關注。

展覽規劃雙展區，忠泰美術館主展區展出逾160件手稿原件、模型與設計作品等，亦包含知名家具品牌 Artek 多項經典設計作品：世界上最讓人想擁有的圓凳「Stool 60」、芬蘭人的傳家寶「阿爾托花瓶 Aalto Vase」等，更規劃家具體驗區，開放觀眾親身感受阿爾托設計的魅力，深入探索建築師的生命與創作歷程，展期自8月16日起至2026年1月25日。另外，自10月4日起，衛星展區將於NOKE忠泰樂生活Uncanny推出，延伸探討其家具設計的理念與應用。這是在臺灣的第一次，完整看見他們三人的創作人生。𝟾 月 𝟷𝟼 日盛大開展，分享給你想一起看展的朋友，今天就來走進傳奇建築師的設計世界！

“Creating for the Everyday: Aino, Elissa and Alvar Aalto,” Finnish Iconic Architect Alvar Aalto’s First Major Retrospective in Taiwan Opens at the Jut Art Museum on 16 August 2025.

The Jut Art Museum presents the first major retrospective in Taiwan of Finnish iconic architect Alvar Aalto—“Creating for the Everyday: Aino, Elissa and Alvar Aalto”—on 16 August 2025. Curated jointly by the Jut Art Museum and the Alvar Aalto Foundation, this exhibition focuses on how Alvar Aalto worked with his two architect wives—Aino and Elissa—in developing their philosophy of architecture and design as well as in expressing Nordic culture’s emphasis on nature, light, and living spaces.

This exhibition will unfold in two venues. More than 160 pieces original drawings, design objects and scale models will be on display in the main venue—the Jut Art Museum—from 16 August 2025 to 25 January 2026, delving deep into the lives and careers of three architects. The exhibition features numerous legendary designs of the renowned furniture brand Artek, including the "Stool 60" and the "Aalto Vase," along with furniture experience area which allows visitors to experience the charm of Aalto's designs firsthand. From 4 October to 30 November 2025, the satellite venue “Uncanny” at NOKE will host the extended exploration of the philosophy and applications of the Aaltos’ furniture design.

This is the first time in Taiwan that the creative lives of these three individuals have been fully explored. Welcome to visit the exhibition!

Civil preparedness underpins a society’s resilience.
🇫🇮 Finland has a long-standing recommendation for citizens to have a basic supply of food, water, medications, and cash to last for 72 hours in case of a crisis.

芬蘭向來重視全民防衛與社會韌性，政府建議每位居民在危機發生前，至少備妥可供 72 小時使用的基本物資：包括食物、飲用水、必要藥品與現金等，以應對突發事件或生活中可能發生的中斷情況。

芬蘭政府亦提供民眾完整的備災指南，涵蓋日常準備、危機溝通與庇護所資訊，鼓勵人人為自己的安全負責，也為整體社會建立更強的韌性。

芬蘭服飾與生活設計品牌Marimekko《Field of Flowers 花間藝境》展覽及期間限定店，將於7月8日-14日在台北新光三越A11 館一樓開設。

本次展覽彙集五位藝術家──Erja Hirvi、Masaru Suzuki、Aino-Maija Metsola、Antti Kekki 與 Eija Vehviläinen──攜手創作共25款全新花卉印花設計。每位藝術家皆以其獨特風格與技法，詮釋Marimekko 樂觀愉悅的品牌精神，為品牌超過3,500 款印花的藝術傳承寫下全新篇章。花卉印花向來是Marimekko 的經典象徵，在這場展覽中，將展現花卉所蘊含的自由、喜悅與永恆之美，為大眾帶來一場視覺與感官的藝術饗宴。
