STC勝勢應用材料科技股份有限公司，以多年光學蒸鍍工藝經驗與設計光學模堆技術，整合第六代先進離子助鍍制程，開發出最有效率將材料奈米化並萃取的方法，有效避免奈米材料分散時產生高司分布曲線與材料共聚復歸現象。 2018年開始STC勝勢應用材料科技股份有限公司以加法制程有效生產 (可控多變) 最小粒徑為 10奈米的材料，具體達到超高表積比與同質共振能力並做到完整的材料改質，目前已取得共計六十項國內外專利。現有 10奈米到30奈米級距的奈米銀、氧化鋅、奈米碘、奈米金、石墨烯與混鍊光觸媒材料。
