第二、安全性:舉凡環境品質、復健、洗腎、營養、三高症狀等老人常見疾病的護理及緊急醫療後送處理，讓住民及家屬有安全感。
第三、公益性:長期照護是社會公益服務的體現，經營者在求取經營效益的同時，也要顧及企業社會責任的落實。

「蛇年紙盤DIY」長輩們自己動手做，不僅訓練專注力與精細的手指動作，並維持大腦靈活度、預防失智症都有幫助喔!這週的作品結合元宵節提燈籠的活動，長輩們拿著自己的燈籠作品去散步，非常有成就感、心情非常愉悅!!
