आत्मा बोध और तत्व बोध
These are the two beautiful terms for self realization to see our own mistakes and to be thankful for new day.
आत्मा बोध - rubbing your hands nicely as soon as you wake up and be thankful to God for this नया जन्म
(Because every morning is our new life) and plan and obverse the motive of your life (not materialistic) but something which is going to make you human, how you are going to be kind to your ownself, how you are going to be kind to you others, how you are not going to hate anyone today, how you are not going to be talk to anyone with loud voice etc. Just some small changes in your behavior.
तत्व बोध - now it's time to see whatever we thought in the morning, did we abide to it? And Am I holding any grudge against anyone else? Do I need to hold any kind of anger in this छोटी सी जिंदगी में।
Contemplate. Think about it and sleep peacefully in the god (lap) of universe.
Waking up before sunrise - we don't live by the number of the years but by the number of breaths we take ( so getting up early obviously means you are conscious towards your breathing and you are living a much healthier life in comparison to those who sleep a lot )
Any one change -
👉 I will start eating healthy even in one meal.
👉 I will drink more water.
👉 I will use laser phone before sleep or after waking up.
👉 I will calming my mind whenever it gets that aggravation.
👉 so basically a promise to your own self for the things you need to change(baby steps)
Soaked in early morning sunrays!
Big open pores on your skin? Go for it
Weak digestion? Go for it
Weak bones? Go for it
Deficiency in any form? Go for it
Since it is going to improve the blood circulation on your body and gonna heal your body beautifully.
👉 Aum (ओम) chant - I can't stress enough what it's going to do for your body, I shall not even explain, just do it and let me know how it goes(15 times)
👉 Mindful eating - You need to be very conscious when you eat, please don't use TV AND MOBILE WHILE EATING FOOD🙏🏻, be thankful to the food you are eating, use your hands to feel the food, be thankful to the farmers, just eat gratitude.
