Kuanzia tarehe 17 Aprili tunafuraha kuwakaribisha wahitimu wetu wapya. Watafanya kazi na idara ya occupational therapy. Tunafurahi sana kuona kwamba wanafunzi hawa wanataka kutusaidia na kushiriki ujuzi wao nasi! Asanteni sana!
From the 17th of April we are excited to welcome our new interns. They will be working with the occupational therapy department. We are so happy to see that these students want to help us and share their knowledge with us! Thank you!

We use these devices to help the kids with their rehabilitation in their daily lives. With the money from the donations, we can buy new equipment and help more people❤️

🇹🇿 Kituo cha Utengamao cha Antonia Verna kitafungua tawi jipya la kutoa huduma ya utengamao katika Kituo cha Mahitaji Maalum cha Ekklesia. Tarehe 30 March tutatoa pia elimu kuhusu ulemavu Kila mtu anayevutiwa anaalikwa! Tunaanza saa 3 asubuhi.
🇬🇧 Antonia Verna is going to open a new outreach centre at the Ekklesia Special Needs Centre. We are launching the 30th of March. Everyone who is interested is invited! We start at 9 AM

🇹🇿 Hapa katika kituo cha utengamao cha Antonia Verna, tunatoa mazoezi tiba kwa vitendo. Hii hutumiwa kutibu maendeleo ya kimwili na ya akili ambayo inaboresha uwezo wa kufanya shughuli za kila siku.
🇬🇧 Here at Antonia Verna, we provide occupational therapy. This is used to treat physical and mental developments that improves the ability to perform daily tasks.

🇹🇿 Ijumaa iliyopita, tarehe 10 Machi, Mheshimiwa waziri wetu wa afya alifika katika Kituo cha utengamao cha Antonia Verna kutembelea. Tulimtembelea kituoni na kumuonyesha huduma tunazotoa.
🇬🇧 Last Friday, the 10th of March, our Honorable minister of health came to the Antonia Verna Rehabilitation Centre to visit. We gave her tour of the centre and showed the services we provide

🇹🇿 Leo ni Siku ya Kimataifa ya Wanawake. Katika kuadhimisha siku hii, tunawashukuru wanawake wetu wote wanaofanya kazi kwa bidii katika Kituo cha Utengamao cha Antonia Verna kwa juhudi zao na huduma kwa watoto walio na mahitaji maalum!
🇬🇧 Today is International Women’s Day. In celebration of this day, we thank all our hard working women at the Antonia Verna Rehabilitation Centre for their efforts and caretaking services to the children with special needs!

🇹🇿 Katika Kituo cha mazoezi Antonia Verna tunatoa tiba ya mawasaliano/ usemi. Tiba ya mawasiliano/usemi hutumiwa kuwasaidia watoto kuwasiliana vyema ili kuboresha matamshi yao, misuli yao kutumika kuzungumza na kujifunza jinsi ya kuzungumza kwa sentensi sahihi.
🇬🇧 At Antonia Verna Rehabilitation Centre we provide speech therapy. Speech therapy is used to help the children to communicate better to improve their pronunciation, their muscles used to speak and they learn how to speak in correct sentences.

🇹🇿Antonia Verna hutoa mafundisho kwa wazazi au walezi wa watoto. Mafundisho hayo huhusu lishe ya mtoto.
Tunajaribu kuwasaidia na kuwaelekeza wazazi kadri tuwezavyo na kuwafahamisha. Antonia Verna tunatoa mafundisho zaidi ili kuwasaidia walezi wa mtoto, lakini pia watoto.

🇬🇧Antonia Verna provides lectures to the parents or guardians of the children. This lecture was about the nutrition of a child.
We try to help and guide the parents as much as possible and create awareness. Antonia Verna is giving more lectures in order to help the child’s guardians, but also the children.
