THINGS YOU DIDN’T KNOW ABOUT EGGSHELLS AND CORN SILK – A POWERFUL NATURAL REMEDY 🔥
In many communities, eggshells are thrown away as waste, and corn silk is left in the field or kitchen without knowing its true value. However, in traditional medicine, these two have very powerful health benefits. Here are 10 important facts you may not know 👇

1. Eggshells Are a Rich Source of Natural Calcium
More than 90% of an eggshell is calcium carbonate, which helps to:
Strengthen bones and teeth
Prevent bones from breaking easily
Reduce joint pain (arthritis)

Calcium from eggshells is easily absorbed by the body, making it safe for:
Growing children
Elderly people with weak bones
(Used only after boiling, drying, and grinding very well.)

2. Feet and Foot-Related Problems
The feet contain health points connected to the entire body.
Have you ever wondered why, in Chinese traditional healing practices, eggshells and corn silk are used to soak the feet?
The feet have energy pathways connected to the:
Kidneys, liver. Heart, and more
When the feet are treated properly, the whole body benefits.
Boiled eggshells help to:
Reduce internal body heat
Relieve bone pain
Reduce burning sensations in the feet
Ease nerve fatigue, etc.

👉 When feet are soaked, minerals slowly enter the body through tiny blood vessels in the feet.

How to use:
Take crushed eggshells and mix them with corn silk. Boil for 30 minutes, then pour into a basin or wide container. Soak your feet for one hour, once daily, for 14 days, and you will witness wonders. 🔥🔥🔥
You may also add:
Sea salt
Ginger powder or fresh crushed ginger

3. Corn Silk Helps Children Who Wet the Bed
Use corn silk tea consistently until the problem stops.
This is not a one-day cure—do not drink on Saturday and expect results by Sunday.
Use for about 30 days,
Morning and evening.

4. Corn Silk Is an Excellent Remedy for the Kidneys
Corn silk is widely used in traditional medicine to:
Cleanse the kidneys
Help remove sand and toxins from the kidneys
Reduce pain in the urinary tract
Drink corn silk tea twice a day for 14 days.

5. Helps Lower Blood Pressure
Corn silk tea helps to:
Lower blood pressure
Relax blood vessels
Improve heart health
Usage: drink twice daily.

⚠️ If you have low blood pressure, do not use.

6. Helps Women With Menstrual Problems
Corn silk helps to:
Reduce menstrual pain
Regulate the menstrual cycle
Reduce swelling during menstruation
Drink: 3 days before menstruation starts
Continue drinking throughout the period
Twice daily
NOTE:
Use local/free-range eggs only.

🔥 Your health is very important—take it seriously.

This plant is scientifically known as Desmodium adscendens.
Desmodium adscendens has been used for a long time in traditional medicine, especially in Tanzania, West Africa, and South America. It is well known for supporting liver health, the respiratory system, and muscle relaxation.

Traditional Uses of Desmodium
1. Liver Health
In traditional medicine, Desmodium is used as a supportive herb for liver health. It is believed to help:
protect liver cells from damage caused by various toxins (including drug-related toxins)
support proper liver function
help restore balance in certain liver function indicators, such as liver enzymes
For this reason, in many traditional healing communities, Desmodium is commonly referred to as a “friend of the liver.”
However, it is used as supportive care and not as a replacement for hospital or clinical treatment.

2. Respiratory System (Asthma and Allergies)
For centuries, traditional healers have used Desmodium to support people suffering from:
asthma
respiratory allergies
chest tightness or breathing difficulties
It is believed to work by helping to relax the smooth muscles of the airways, which may assist in reducing symptoms of breathing constriction.

3. Muscles and Body Tension
Desmodium is also traditionally used to help with:
muscle pain
muscle tension
body aches caused by fatigue
In some communities, it is also used after childbirth to help reduce uterine muscle tension, under proper traditional guidance.

Traditional Preparation and Dosage
Note: These dosages are based on traditional use and are not standardized medical guidelines.

For liver support
8–10 grams of dried Desmodium powder
Boil in 1–1.5 liters of water for 15 minutes
Drink one glass, three times daily
Duration of use: 2–8 weeks, depending on individual condition.

For asthma or allergies
Up to 20 grams of dried Desmodium powder per day
Boil in 1 liter of water
Drink three times daily
Traditional herbal treatment for asthma requires patience, as noticeable effects may begin after 2–3 weeks.

It is advised not to discontinue the remedy prematurely without valid reason.

Desmodium adscendens is a plant with a long history in traditional medicine.
