Kula usiku sana 🌙 sio tu ta
Watu wengi wanazoea:
🍛 Chakula kizito saa 3–5 usiku
🍗 Snacks kabla ya kulala
🍞 Kula ili “ushibe vizuri usingizini”

Lakini hawajui wanachokifanya kwa ndani…

⚠️ Wanachochea kuvurugika kwa cortisol (stress hormone)

Kwa kawaida:
✔️ Cortisol inapaswa kushuka usiku ili mwili upumzike
✔️ Melatonin (homoni ya usingizi) ichukue nafasi

Lakini unapokula usiku:

❌ Mwili unaanza kufanya kazi ya kumeng’enya badala ya kupumzika
❌ Cortisol inapanda badala ya kushuka
❌ Usingizi unakuwa mzito lakini sio wa kuponya (non-restorative sleep)

Matokeo yake ni:
👉 Kuamka umechoka 😴
👉 Misuli kukaza na maumivu ya mwili
👉 Ganzi au “heavy feeling” kwenye miguu na mikono
👉 Uchovu wa kudumu hata bila kazi
