Garima Rastogi made my journey to a healthy lifestyle so easy. Her meal plans are easy to follow - beautifully integrated into your daily schedules and regular menus. Everything is readily and easily available at hand, I never had to make special runs to the market to buy any 'fancy' ingredients.
I was on a 4-month plan and upon completion have been on maintenance for the past 4 months. Her meal plans have instilled a self-discipline which has made it easy for me to continue on a positive curve to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
Garima is a very inspiring individual which made me want to fulfill my end of the commitment - a true partnership made so much easier with Garima at the other end.
Thank you very much Garima - you made me achieve what I thought was going to be an uphill and impossible task.
