In sub-Saharan Africa when girls complete secondary school, their risk of acquiring is reduced by up to 50%. Tanzania with more than 13 million girls below 15 years are about to join secondary school soon or later, therefore, this intervention must be addressed in spacial way. Menstruation among school girls has been challenging the consistency in good performance and in some cases has caused significant number of school drop outs that directly exposes girls to early pregnancy, early marriage and HIV infections. Therefore, to rescue beautiful dreams of girls the government in collaboration with stakeholders must be in frontline to address it as public concern and blend together interventions that will help girls psychologically and physical.
