Je, hapa ndo wengi tunapokosea kwenye kudhibiti kisukari kwa vyakula?

Lengo la kuandika kitabu hiki ni kusaidia wagonjwa kudhibiti kisukari kwa kuwapa maarifa na muongozo wa lishe bora.

Lishe bora husaidia kudhibiti kisukari na kuboresha afya ya moyo na mishipa ya damu.

Wagonjwa wengi wamekuwa wakipata tabu kwasababu wafundishaji tumekuwa tukisisitiza sana kuhusu virutubisho vilivyomo…tunafundisha kula virutubisho, wakati mtu hula vyakula.. Tunakubaliana kwamba protini, wanga, madini, vitamini ni virutubisho muhimu kwa mtu kufahamu.
