ZanAid Clinic Welcome to the ZanAid Clinic. It is a fully equipped clinic with Danish doctors on call. Dr. Henrik Juul is a medical doctor (MD) from Denmark.

At ZanAid Clinic we are currently two doctors, both are educated and trained in Europe, and both with years of experience in East Africa. He started ZanAid Clinic in 2012. His special professional interests includes orthopaedics and diving medicine, and he is the residing diving medical officer at the Zanzibar Hyperbaric Chamber. Dr. Jutta Adelin Jorgensen is also a MD from Denmark with special interest in chronic disease care. Currently she is working full time with her Ph.D. research around cerebrovascular accidents in Zanzibar. The clinic is open all week days. Doctor Henrik Juhl is the co-founder of ZanAid, trained in Denmark and with more than a decade of experience working in Tanzania. His special interest is diving medicine and he serves as the diving medical officer at the Zanzibar Hyperbaric Chamber. Doctor Alina Giga trained at KCMC in Moshi and works as a general practitioner at ZanAid, further she is a research assistant for Zanzibar Stroke Group.
