Apple cupcake 🥧

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs,
- 4 pcs. small apples or 2 pcs. medium,
- 150 ml of kefir,
- 1 teaspoon baking powder,
- 5th century l sour cream 15%,
- 150 g of whole grain flour,
- zest of 1/4 lemon,
- a pinch of salt,
- cinnamon,
- raisins, nuts.
Preparation:
Separate the whites from the yolks. Mix yolks, kefir, sour cream. Sift flour with baking powder and mix to a homogeneous mass. Add cinnamon to taste. Cut the apples into thin slices, wash the raisins, dry them and add them to the dough. Beat the whites into a stiff foam with a pinch of salt. Carefully combine with the rest of the dough. Place in an oiled form (you can take both a cake form and a pie form). The top can be sprinkled with chopped nuts or almond petals. Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes. The finished cake-cake can cool down a little and can be cut.
