To avoid encountering the above conditions, approximately two and a half or even three hours before training it is necessary to organize a full meal, allowing the body to get the necessary glucose reserves for a comfortable well-being. Right before working out you can have a small snack consisting of almonds, which are an impressive amount of various minerals, vitamins and protein and therefore provide excellent energy, allowing the almonds to reach new victories in sport. Protein bars, kiwi, chocolate, peanut butter sandwiches, melon or banana are no less useful and easy snacks.
