Canadian pork ribs
Ingredients:
Pork ribs - 800 gr.
Apple puree (you can use puree for baby food) - 80 gr.
Ketchup - 80 gr.
Garlic (dry, in powder) - 0.50 tsp
Sweet paprika - 0.50 tsp
Ground black pepper - 0.50 tsp
Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
Lemon (squeeze the juice) - 0.50
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Cinnamon - 0.50 tsp
Preparation:
1. Prepare the sauce. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Cut the ribs so that there is one rib per portion. If the pieces are large and you will cook the meat in the oven, you can pre-boil them for 15-30 minutes.
3. Put the meat in the sauce, grease each piece well and put it in a cold place for at least 30 minutes. for pickling.
4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet, cover with foil and bake for one to one and a half hours at t 220 C. If the meat has released too much juice, drain it.
5. Lubricate the ribs with the remaining sauce every 20-30 minutes. After 40 min. remove the foil and bake the meat until golden brown
