Ingredients:
Pork ribs - 800 gr.
Apple puree (you can use puree for baby food) - 80 gr.
Ketchup - 80 gr.
Garlic (dry, in powder) - 0.50 tsp
Sweet paprika - 0.50 tsp
Ground black pepper - 0.50 tsp
Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
Lemon (squeeze the juice) - 0.50
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Cinnamon - 0.50 tsp

Preparation:
1. Prepare the sauce. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Cut the ribs so that there is one rib per portion. If the pieces are large and you will cook the meat in the oven, you can pre-boil them for 15-30 minutes.
3. Put the meat in the sauce, grease each piece well and put it in a cold place for at least 30 minutes. for pickling.
4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet, cover with foil and bake for one to one and a half hours at t 220 C. If the meat has released too much juice, drain it.

Croissants with strawberries

Ingredients:

For the dough:
Flour - 300 g
Butter - 130 g
Water - 70 ml
Salt - to taste
Egg, yolk - 1 pc.
Powdered sugar - 20 g
For the filling:
Strawberries - 400 g
Sugar - 100 g
Breadcrumbs

Preparation:
1. Sift the flour with salt, rub the cooled butter into it. Rub with your fingers into crumbs, add ice water and knead the dough. Roll it out into a layer, roll it up and put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
2. Prepare the filling. Wash, dry and sort the strawberries. If the berries are large, then cut them into pieces and sprinkle with sugar.
3. Then roll out the dough into a round thin cake and cut it into sectors (triangles). Spread the filling on the wide edge, sprinkle the berries with breadcrumbs. Carefully fold from the wide edge to the sharp corner. Beat the yolk and grease the products.
4. Place on a baking sheet at a short distance from each other and bake for 20-25 minutes. at a temperature of 180°C until golden.

Ingredients:
Potatoes - 700 g
Onion - 1-2 pcs.
Eggs - 1 pc.
Flour - 2-3 tbsp. l.

Oil - for frying

Preparation:
1. First, let's grate potatoes and onions. The finer the grater, the better.
2. Add an egg to the ground mixture of potatoes and onions.
3. You should also add flour and mix everything thoroughly.
4. Pour frying oil into the pan. You can use any oil you like.
It is important that the pan is hot before frying, so that the drumsticks do not absorb a lot of oil.
5. We only have to add salt and pepper to taste. You may want to add your favorite spices or garlic.
6. Using a spoon, spread the potato mass on the pan and form patties from it. Fry the drumsticks on both sides until golden brown.

Stewed cabbage in a slow cooker

Ingredients:
White cabbage - 1 pc.
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
Parsley - 100 gr.
Carrot - 1 pc.
Water - 150 ml.
Tomato - 200 gr.
Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
Ground black pepper - to taste.
Salt to taste.

Preparation:
1. It is necessary to remove the upper leaves from the cabbage, then chop it into thin straws.
2. Peel, wash and grate the carrots.
3. Cut the washed tomatoes into large pieces.
4. Parsley should also be washed, then chopped with a knife.
5. Place the prepared vegetables in the bowl of the multicooker together with the parsley. Add tomato paste, bay leaf for flavor to the main ingredients. Salt and pepper the vegetables.
6. Next, pour water to the vegetables, mix everything. Activate the extinguishing mode for 40 minutes.
