Куриная печень с грибами в сметане

Люблю куриную печень, ведь готовится она быстро и без всяких хлопот на кухне. Уверена, многие оценят очень простой рецепт приготовления куриной печени с грибами в сметане. Подав это вкусное блюдо с гарниром, получите замечательный обед или ужин.

Для приготовления куриной печени с грибами в сметане потребуется:
куриная печень - 500 г;
репчатый лук - 1 шт.;
морковь - 1 шт.;
грибы (у меня замороженные опята) - 200 г;
сметана - 5 ст. л.;
сыр - 50 г;
растительное масло для жарки;
соль и специи - по вкусу.

Репчатый лук и морковь очистить, лук нарезать полукольцами, а морковь натереть на крупной тёрке. Выложить овощи на сковороду в разогретое растительное масло и обжарить в течение 7-10 минут, иногда помешивая, до румянца.

Куриную печень промыть, срезать прожилки, нарезать на небольшие кусочки и добавить к обжаренному луку с морковью. Жарить минут 10-15, периодически помешивая.

Грибы разморозить, промыть (если крупные, то нарезать) и добавить к обжаренным овощам вместе с солью и специями. А если будете готовить со свежими лесными грибами, то их сначала нужно отварить минут 30 в подсоленной воде, периодически снимая пену.

Следом к куриной печени и грибам добавить сметану, перемешать.

Затем добавить натёртый на мелкой тёрке сыр, довести до кипения, уменьшить огонь до минимума и томить под крышкой минут 25-30.

Подавать очень вкусную, нежную куриную печень с грибами с вашим любимым гарниром и свежей зеленью.

Salad with chicken and mushrooms

INGREDIENTS:

- Chicken bone - 1 pc.
- Mushrooms - 300 gr
- Eggs – 4 pcs.
- Walnuts - 100 gr
- Hard cheese - 70 gr
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt to taste
- Spices - To taste

PREPARATION:

1. Rub the chicken bone with salt and spices and bake in the oven until done. Hard-boil the eggs;
2. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into small cubes. Fry the mushrooms in a pan with oil;
3. Put fried mushrooms in a large bowl, add finely chopped chicken meat, previously separated from the bone;
4. Peel the eggs and cut them into cubes, add them to the mushrooms and chicken;
5. Add chopped nuts there;
6. Grate the cheese on a large grater and add to the salad;
7. Add mayonnaise and mix well.

Coffee cake

Ingredients:
ground coffee - 2 tbsp. l.
water - 300 ml
brown sugar - 180 g
honey - 300 g
peeled walnuts - 150 g
soda - 1 tsp.
salt - on the tip of a knife
flour - 250-300 g
powdered sugar

Preparation:
1. Pour ground coffee into a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over low heat and remove from heat without letting it boil. Leave for 10 minutes and strain.
2. Add brown sugar and honey to the coffee mixture. Put it on the fire again and, while stirring, heat it a little so that the syrup is of a uniform consistency.
3. Lightly brown the nuts in a dry pan, stirring often, and let cool. Chop, then add to the coffee syrup.
4. Pour soda and a pinch of salt into the syrup, mix. Sift flour through a fine sieve on top. Knead the dough thoroughly.
5. Line a round shape with baking paper and lightly sprinkle with flour. Pour the batter and bake for 50-55 minutes at 170°C.
6. Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar.

The easiest way is to grate cookies with jam

Ingredients:
- 400 g of flour
- 200 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 4th century l. sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 500 ml of thick jam (jam, jam, jelly) from currants, lingonberries or cranberries

Preparation:
1. Put the butter in a saucepan and melt it over medium heat. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
2. Beat the eggs with sugar and salt until smooth. Pour in the melted butter and beat well again. Sift flour with baking powder and gradually add to the egg-butter mixture. You will get a thick dough.
3. Divide it in half, roll each part into a ball, wrap it in a film and put it in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
4. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Lightly oil the baking sheet.
5. Take out the first ball and rub it on a large grater, evenly distribute the shavings on the baking sheet. Gradually spread the jam with a tablespoon.
6. Rub the second layer of dough over the jam. Compact the dough a little at the edges so that the jam does not flow out.
7. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden.
8. Leave the cookies on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, and then cut them into squares and transfer them to the grill. Cool completely.

Preparation:
1. Peel carrots and apples.
2. Grate carrots and apples on a coarse grater and mix.
3. Add cheese and dry semolina and mix. Add cinnamon and sugar, mix.
4. Beat the egg whites into a foam and add to the cheese mass. Add foam in 2-3 measures.
5. Cover the brat with parchment paper. Form cheesecakes from the curd mass. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden.

Rice soup with chicken

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 500 g (I use bone);
- Potatoes - 200 g;
- Onions - 100 g;
- Carrot - 100 g;
- Rice - 100 g;
- Parsley - 0.5 bunch;
- Salt - to taste;
- Ground black pepper - to taste.

Preparation:
1. First, we need to boil the bones, if you want to make a more dietary soup, use chicken fillet.
2. Wash the meat well, cut it into several parts and send it to a rather deep pan. Pour about two liters of water into the pot with the meat and put it to cook on the stove. At the same time, the water in which the bone broth is cooked must be salted, approximately half a tablespoon. Bring the water to a boil and cook the meat for about thirty minutes.
3. While the meat is cooking and our broth is being prepared, we will cut the vegetables. Take the onion, peel it, wash it and cut it into small cubes on a wooden board with a knife.
4. We will also peel and wash the carrot, we will cut it into thin cubes, but if you do not like to see large carrots in the soup, you can chop it on a coarse grater, this will not change the taste of the soup.
5. Now peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into small cubes.
6. Next, we will cut the parsley, beforehand, if desired, you can add dill to the soup.
7. Remove the meat from the broth into a separate dish for further cooling and grinding. Add diced onions and diced carrots to the chicken broth.
8. Mix everything well and add potatoes to the pot.
9. Wash the rice. After that, we send the rice to the pan with the rest of the ingredients, mix well, pepper, salt, and if desired, add spices that you like. We will cook all this for about twenty minutes until the potatoes and rice are fully cooked.
10. Cut the chicken into fairly large pieces, having previously separated the meat from the bone.
11. After the rice is cooked, add the chicken to the soup.
12. Add the chopped parsley, if desired, throw a bay leaf into the pan, mix everything well and turn off the heat.
