Pancakes with chicken and mushrooms in a creamy sauce
Ingredients:
Flour - 250 g
Egg
Warm milk - 300 ml
Dry yeast - 5.5 g
Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
Salt - ½ tsp.
Warm water - 100 ml
Filling:
Mushrooms - 150 g
Cream 20-30% - 100 ml
Chicken thigh (fillet) - 300 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Butter - 40 g
Black pepper, salt
Vegetable oil - 40 ml
Preparation:
1. Knead the dough in milk.
2. Let it stand for about half an hour.
3. Then fry the pancakes on one side, about 1 minute.
4. Cut the meat into small cubes, fry in a pan until ready, stir.
5. Add mushrooms, chopped into plates and finely chopped onion.
6. Continue frying until the filling is browned.
7. Salt, pepper, pour cream.
8. Simmer over low heat until they evaporate.
9. Add the filling to each pancake, turn it into a triangle.
10. Put it in a greased form, send it to the oven for 12-15 minutes at 180-200°C.
