Tomato soup
📖 Ingredients:
- Celery root - 1 pc.
- Tomatoes - 5 pcs.
- Carrot - 1 pc.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Greens - 40 g
- Salt, pepper - to taste
🧑🏻🍳 Cooking:
1. Peel the celery root, rinse under running water and cut into small cubes, then put in a pan, pour a little water and simmer over low heat until it becomes soft.
2. Finely chop the onion and carrot and fry in oil. Cut the tomatoes into two parts and wipe through a sieve. For this procedure, ripe and juicy fruits are best suited. Pour 1.5 liters of boiling water or vegetable broth into a saucepan, and put the prepared vegetables into it. Salt, bring to a boil and boil for 3-5 minutes.
3. Remove the pan from the heat, season the soup with herbs, cover and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
