BAKED POTATOES WITH SALMON
Ingredients:
potatoes - 200 g
canned salmon - 1 can
shallots
green parsley
fat-free sour cream - 1 tbsp.
salt, pepper - to taste
Preparation:
1. Heat the oven to 250*C.
2. Cut the potatoes in half and place them on baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes, several times.
3. Mash the fish with a fork.
4. Add finely chopped shallot, parsley and sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
5. Put the filling on the finished potatoes.
