Delicate salad from fresh cabbage
Ingredients:
500 g of chicken breast fillet, without skin
400 g of white cabbage or Beijing cabbage
½ cup of grated low-fat hard cheese
natural yogurt
salt to taste
Preparation:
1. Put the chicken in boiling salted water and cook for 15-20 minutes until ready. Remove the chicken from the water and set aside to cool.
2. Finely chop the cabbage, put it in a deep bowl and season with salt. After a few minutes, knead the cabbage with your hands so that it becomes softer.
3. Cut the chicken into pieces and add the salad bowl.
4. Add grated cheese and mix everything.
5. Season with yogurt and mix.
