Delicate salad from fresh cabbage

Ingredients:
500 g of chicken breast fillet, without skin
400 g of white cabbage or Beijing cabbage
½ cup of grated low-fat hard cheese
natural yogurt
salt to taste

Preparation:
1. Put the chicken in boiling salted water and cook for 15-20 minutes until ready. Remove the chicken from the water and set aside to cool.
2. Finely chop the cabbage, put it in a deep bowl and season with salt. After a few minutes, knead the cabbage with your hands so that it becomes softer.
3. Cut the chicken into pieces and add the salad bowl.
4. Add grated cheese and mix everything.
5. Season with yogurt and mix.

Airy apple pie

Ingredients:
Soft butter - 250 g
Sugar - 200 g
Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
Large eggs - 5 pcs
Flour - 350 g
Baking powder - 11 g
Apples - 1 kg
Cinnamon - 2 tsp.

Preparation:
1. Place soft butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in the mixer bowl. Beat until fluffy. It is convenient to do this with the "paddle" attachment.
2. Peel a kilogram of apples and cut them into cubes. Sprinkle them with cinnamon.
3. When the butter and sugar are combined, start adding eggs one at a time, beating each one for about a minute. Pour a pinch of salt into the dough.
4. Mix flour and baking powder in a separate bowl, mix. Add sifted flour with baking powder to the oil-egg base and mix until smooth. Put the prepared apples in the dough and mix.
5. Apple pie in the oven can be baked simply on a baking sheet with parchment or in a mold. The cake should be baked at a temperature of 175°C without convection for about 30 minutes. The apple pie should be browned.
6. Remove the finished cake from the oven and let it cool down a little. After that, it can be cut into portions and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Tip: To prevent the apples from darkening after slicing, sprinkle them with lemon juice. Two tablespoons are enough for this amount of apples.
IMPORTANT: if you don't like cinnamon - just don't add it. It will not affect the final result and other grammes.

Okroshka on kefir

Ingredients:
Kefir - 1 l.
Water - 2 l.
Potatoes - 4 pcs.
Boiled sausage - 500 g.
Eggs - 4 pcs.
Radish - 150 g.
Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
Parsley and dill - a bunch.
Mustard - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
Salt, vinegar - to taste.

Preparation:
1. Boil eggs and potatoes until ready and cool. 2. Cut the potatoes, eggs, sausage, radishes and cucumbers into cubes. Chop the greens with a knife. Thoroughly and carefully mix all the ingredients. 3. Pour okroshka with water and kefir, if desired, add mustard and vinegar. To salt Leave the okroshka in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
