Thin yeast pancakes
📖 Ingredients:
- Flour - 2 cups
- Dry yeast - 1 tsp
- Milk - 800 ml.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
- Egg - 2 pcs.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Oil - for frying
- Butter - 2 tbsp. l
🧑🏻🍳 Cooking:
1. Prepare the dough. Pour 1 cup of warm milk into a large bowl and dissolve the yeast in it. Add half of the sifted flour, sweep out. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
2. Separate the yolks from the whites. In the approached dough, add the remaining milk and flour, sugar, yolks and butter. Leave in a warm place for 60 minutes.
3. Whisk the whites with salt into a strong foam, add them to the risen pancake dough and gently mix from top to bottom.
4. Bake thin pancakes, pouring a little dough into a well-heated oiled pan, over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
