Bright orange or yellow orange fresh just by its appearance cheers up, and the well-known vitamin C included in its composition invigorates no worse than an energy drink in an iron can. Drinking such juice in the morning on an empty stomach is not worth it, you can get stomach problems, but as a replacement for coffee during breakfast, it may well come off. If you have a tough, stressful day ahead of you and need to be on rabid squirrel mode, you can mix orange with grapefruit or lemon.
