HOW TO EAT RIGHT AND HEALTHY
Do not reward yourself with sweets
It is the first step to youe sugar addiction. First you complete an important project and buy a cake. Then you start eating cakes in moments of stress, because sweet is associated with you with success and joy. Encourage yourself with something inedible or save money that was going to spend on the sweet, in a piggy bank.
Maintain a sense of satiety: male some healthy snacks at home and eat them during a day or buy a little bit of nuts.
While you are not very hungry, it's easier to control what you eat.
Prepare desserts for yourself
In this case, you can control their sweetness. Just put in the cake less sugar than indicated in the recipe.
