Pies from yesterday's baguette

Ingredients:
Baguette - 1 pc.
Egg - 1 pc.
Oil - 2-4 tbsp. l.
Chicken fillet - 100 g
Mushrooms - 100 g
Mayonnaise - 1-1.5 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste

Preparation:
1. Beat the egg in a bowl. Add mayonnaise to it, mix with a fork.
2. Fry the fillet in a pan, cutting it into small pieces.
3. In another pan, fry the mushrooms for 3 minutes.
4. Cut the baguette into pieces.
5. Press the center of each inward to make a hole.
6. Put the fried meat in the middle, then the mushrooms.
7. Now fill each piece of baguette with egg batter.
8. Send the pies to the oven heated to 190 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
9. Decorate the finished pies with parsley.

TOMATO SALAD WITH POMEGRANATE

Ingredients:
Tomato - 3 pcs.
Onion - 1 pc.
Spinach - 30 g
Pomegranate - 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste

For refueling:
Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Oil - 2 tbsp. l.

Preparation:
1. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
2. Cut the onion into half rings. Add to tomatoes.
3. Cut the spinach into thin strips. Add to salad.
4. Add pomegranate seeds and salt to taste to the salad. Dress the salad with oil and lemon juice. We mix.

"Homemade" chocolate

Ingredients:
Cocoa powder - 5 tbsp. l.
Butter - 50 g
Sugar — 6–8 tbsp. l.
Flour - 1 tsp.
Milk - 5 tbsp. l.
Vanilla sugar - ¼ tsp.
Nuts - to taste

Preparation:
1. Mix cocoa and sugar. Add 1 tbsp. l. milk and mix until smooth. Pour in the remaining milk. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
2. After the cocoa boils, add the butter, reduce the heat to a minimum and bring the mixture to a boil.
3. Remove the pan from the heat and add the flour through a fine sieve. When the flour is completely dissolved, bring to a boil again.
4. Remove from the stove and let cool a little. Add vanilla sugar and mix thoroughly.
5. Pour the chocolate into the ice molds, greasing them with butter.
6. Add nuts to the chocolate.
