Сырные ватрушки

📖 Ингредиенты:

- Творог 1,8% (в брикете) - 180 г.
- Пшеничная мука - 4 ст.л.
- Яйцо - 1 шт.
- Тертый сыр - 70 г.
- Натуральный йогурт - 50 г.
- Соль - щепотка
- Разрыхлитель - 5 г.

🧑🏻‍🍳 Приготовление:

1. Смешать творог, яйцо, муку, соль, разрыхлитель. Сформировать ватрушки. Застелить бумагой или фальгой противень.
2. Выложить их и убрать в разогретую духовку минут на 20. Достать. В серединку каждой налить по чуть-чуть йогурта и положить сыр.
3. Выпекать 10 минут.
