Apple cheesecake
Ingredients:
dough:
180 g of softened butter
50 g of powdered sugar
baking powder
2 Art. l. sour cream
pinch of salt
flour
filling:
1 apple (peeled and cut into thin slices)
1 can of condensed milk
400 ml of sour cream
1 Art. l. starch
vanillin
zest of 1 lemon
Preparation:
Dough: beat butter with powdered sugar with a whisk. Add salt, sour cream and baking powder. Mix Gradually add flour in parts and knead a soft dough.
Cover the round shape with dough, forming the sides. Pierce with a fork in several places. Bake the cake at 180 ° C until slightly golden. Then cool a little.
For the filling, beat all the ingredients, except the apple, until smooth. Pour the filling onto the cake and lay out the apples. Bake until done, until the filling thickens.
