Apple cheesecake

Ingredients:
dough:
180 g of softened butter
50 g of powdered sugar
baking powder
2 Art. l. sour cream
pinch of salt
flour

filling:
1 apple (peeled and cut into thin slices)
1 can of condensed milk
400 ml of sour cream
1 Art. l. starch
vanillin
zest of 1 lemon

Preparation:
Dough: beat butter with powdered sugar with a whisk. Add salt, sour cream and baking powder. Mix Gradually add flour in parts and knead a soft dough.
Cover the round shape with dough, forming the sides. Pierce with a fork in several places. Bake the cake at 180 ° C until slightly golden. Then cool a little.
For the filling, beat all the ingredients, except the apple, until smooth. Pour the filling onto the cake and lay out the apples. Bake until done, until the filling thickens.

Salted shortbread cookies with cheese

Ingredients:
Flour - 200 g.
Butter - 100 g.
Grated hard cheese - 100 g.
Eggs-2 pcs. + 1 yolk for greasing
Salt and ground black pepper - a pinch.

Preparation:
Sift the flour into a deep bowl and make a well in the middle. Put cubed butter at room temperature and a pinch of salt in the center. Mix with your hands until large flakes are obtained. Add two eggs, grated cheese and a pinch of pepper to the dough. Knead the dough with your hands until smooth and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Roll out the dough into a thin rectangle. Cut cookies of any shape and pierce with a toothpick in several places. Brush the cookies with beaten egg and sprinkle with salt. Bake cheese cookies for 20 minutes.

Potato dumplings with meat inside

Ingredients:
Potatoes - 5-6 pcs.
Onion - 1 pc.
Minced chicken - 300 gr.
Butter for puree - 30 gr.
Eggs - 1 pc.
Wheat flour - 1 cup.
Ground black pepper, salt to taste.

Preparation:
1. Peel and coarsely chop the potato. Pour cold water and cook until ready (20-25 minutes). Drain almost all the water (leave a little at the bottom) and add butter. Mash the potatoes. Beat an egg into the puree and mix. Add flour to the puree and knead a thick dough.
2. Add salt, pepper and grated onion to the minced chicken. With wet hands, roll balls from the dough and flatten them. Place the minced meat in the center with a spoon and pinch. Give the dumpling a round shape by rolling it in your hand. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and put dumplings in boiling water. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Serve with crackers or sour cream.
