Appetizer salad "Table"

Ingredients:
pork - 500 g
bell pepper - 1 pc.
onion - 1 pc.
lemon - 2-3 slices
vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.
salt, greens

Preparation:
1. Cut a lemon.
2. Cut the lemon ring with the peel into small pieces.
3. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
4. Mix onion and lemon in a deep bowl, add vinegar.
5. Cut the boiled pork into strips.
6. Cut the pepper into cubes.
7. Chop the greens and add to the meat, pepper and lemon-onion marinade.
8. Add salt and mix.

Buns with cinnamon

Ingredients:
Flour - 3 glasses.
Butter - 100 g
Milk - 1 glass.
Cinnamon - 20 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Yolk - 1 pc.
Sugar - 200 g
Dry yeast - 1 tbsp. l.

Preparation:
1. In a glass of warm milk, add yeast, sugar, salt, 1 tbsp. flour, mix and leave for 15 minutes.
2. Combine the remaining milk with an egg, half of all the sugar and melted butter.
Then pour in the milk-yeast mixture and mix.
3. Gradually add flour until the dough becomes soft, leave it in a cup for 35-45 minutes in a warm place. Divide into 2-3 parts.
4. Roll out a 5-7 mm rectangle, grease with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
5. Roll the dough into a roll and cut into small pieces. Transfer to a baking sheet, leaving a distance between the buns, and leave for 20 minutes.
6. Brush each bun with yolk.
Put in the oven, heated to 180-190 C, for 20-25 minutes.

RICE WITH SHRIMPS AND GARLIC SAUCE

Ingredients:
Long-grain rice - 1 cup
King prawns - 500 g
Milk - 3 tbsp. l.
Warm butter - 6 tbsp. l.
Garlic - 4 cloves.
Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup
Parsley - 2 tbsp. l.
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp.

Preparation:
1. Clean the shrimp, grate Parmesan. Chop the garlic.
2. We cook rice.
3. Melt 6 tablespoons of butter in a deep pan with a thick bottom.
4. Add chopped garlic - cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
5. Transfer the shrimp to the garlic oil, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Ready shrimp will become elastic and pink.
6. Add the prepared rice to the shrimp and mix everything.
7. Add 1/4 cup of grated parmesan, chopped parsley, milk. Add a little salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Mix everything again and cook for 1-2 minutes.
