I was born in USSR. That country was constantly preparing for war. And what is russia doing now? It is fighting and preparing for the next wars... Who will be the next target if the terrorist country is not stopped?

Dear English speaking friends and fellow yoga practitioners, thank you for your support. We feel your sympathy and concern. We are very peaceful people who happen to be in the middle of a war, happening on our streets. Even now, while I am writing these words in Kharkiv’s city centre, explosions and shooting are heard. It’s awful but valuable spiritual experience which is leading to an inevitable understanding of one’s position. Now we are standing up for freedom of choice. Our people, as all free people, want to decide what to support, where to go/integrate and how to live our life. We don’t want to live under a totalitarian regime again, because we still remember what it was like and see the sad experience of life in Russia.
I am sure one day we will all meet again.

Clear vision of our forthcoming seminar on Yogic Gesture Analysis

Clear vision of the seminar plan and contents is one of major fundamentals for any successful learning process. We want you to understand the way it will be done and what are the steps that we will be going through to be fully transparent on what you can expect.

1. Theory: first we'll start with the introduction and quickly move to the part, where we will present the theory of the method that we will use during the class. After explaining the theory based on the teaching of Andrey Safronov and post-soviet yogic schools we will take a short break.
⠀
2. Study: during the second block we will watch videos to observe gestures in action. All of them are randomly selected and have either celebrities or ordinary men and women interacting in live communication. The instructors will interpret the gestures in the video whether they are genuine or not, and what the speakers really wanted to say in comparison to what they have said.

3. Practice: a very important part of our seminar where you will be analyzing a live conversation of other participants and interpreting the meaning of their gestures, with immediate feedback from the instructors.

4. Q&A: and of course this essential part will conclude our seminar to answer any questions or discuss the reflections you might have.
