З 18 по 21 листопада 2025 року делегація Львівської обласної клінічної психіатричної лікарні «Кульпарків» відвідала лікарню «Vinatier – Psychiatrie Universitaire Lyon Métropole» у Ліоні (https://www.facebook.com/share/1DkmNLK15P/?mibextid=wwXIfr), Франція, в рамках співробітництва між лікарнями за підтримки Програми охорони здоров'я 0 в Україні, що фінансується Центром кризових ситуацій та підтримки (CDCS) Міністерства Європи та закордонних справ Франції. Загальними цілями візиту стали оцінити та передати інноваційні методи психіатричного лікування, а також сприяти організації та стратегічному плануванню системи психіатричної допомоги в Україні.
Протягом 3 днів наші фахівці мали можливість ознайомитись з оновленою моделлю трансформації лікарні Vinatier, перейняти досвід роботи керівництва лікарні, лікарів, психотерапевтів, а також багатьох фахівців не медичних спеціальностей, які є вагомою ланкою в підтримці функціонування системи психічного здоров’я.
Були детально презентовані шляхи організації амбулаторної та стаціонарної медичної допомоги, роботи стаціонарних і виїзних мультидисциплінарних команд. Французькі колеги поділились напрацюваннями в сфері застосування ЕКТ, ТМС та кетамінової терапії. Обговорили сучасні підходи до психосоціальної та когнітивної ре медіації пацієнтів, що не лише покращують якість життя, а і сприяють зменшенню стигматизації психічних розладів у суспільстві. Ознайомлення з функціонуванням дослідницьких проектів та співпраці з навчальним установами дає стабільний грунт для впровадження науково-доказових методів діагностики та лікування. Функціонування системи парамедичних практик, фокус на роботі з психотравмою та індивідуальний підхід до історії кожного пацієнта дає глибоке розуміння людяності та емпатичності підходів роботи клініки Vinatier. На завершення ми презентували роботу нашої лікарні, зміни які вже відбулись та поділились майбутніми планами, обговорили подальші кроки та перспективи.
Саме такі співпраці, які реалізуються в рамках програми «Міжнародне медичне партнерство» за ініціативи Першої леді України та впроваджуються Міністерством охорони здоров'я України, допомагають нам невпинно покращувати якість надання психіатричної допомоги, а також стають джерелом невичерпного натхнення та мотивації!

From November 18 to 21, 2025, a delegation from Lviv Regional Clinical Psychiatric Hospital "Kulparkiv" visited the "Vinatier – Psychiatrie Universitaire Lyon Métropole" Hospital in Lyon, France, as part of the ongoing Hospital Cooperation activity, with the support of the Health Program of Expertise France in Ukraine, financed by the Crisis Center of the French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs. The general objectives of the visit were to evaluate and facilitate the transfer of innovative psychiatric treatment methods, as well as to contribute to the organization and strategic planning of the mental healthcare system in Ukraine.
Over the course of three days, our specialists had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the updated model of the Vinatier Hospital's transformation. They gained valuable insights into the work processes of the hospital management, doctors, psychotherapists, and many non-medical specialists who form a crucial link in supporting the functioning of the mental health system.
The visit included detailed presentations on the organization of outpatient and inpatient care, as well as the work of stationary and mobile multidisciplinary teams. Our French colleagues shared their advancements in the application of ECT, TMS, and Ketamine Therapy. We discussed modern approaches to psychosocial and cognitive remediation for patients, which not only improve quality of life but also contribute to reducing the stigmatization of mental disorders in society. Familiarization with the functioning of research projects and cooperation with educational institutions provides a stable foundation for the implementation of evidence-based methods for diagnosis and treatment. The established system of paramedical practices, the focus on working with psychological trauma, and the individualized approach to each patient's history offer a profound understanding of the humanity and empathetic approaches of the Vinatier Clinic. At the conclusion of the visit, we presented the work of our hospital, the changes already implemented, and shared our future plans, discussing the next steps and prospects for cooperation.
It is precisely such collaborations, realized under the International Medical Partnership program, at the Initiative of the First Lady of Ukraine and implemented by Ministry of Health of Ukraine, that help us continuously improve the quality of psychiatric care and serve as a source of inexhaustible inspiration and motivation!
