Hands up for restored fertility! 🙌🏽
If you're eating more like the left than the right this may be one reason you're struggling with a missing or irregular period.
Under eating is common among women with Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (HA) and can be a common cause of infertility.
Under eating depletes your body of proper nutrients needed for ovulation and getting pregnant. Add in a decent amount of exercise and your body becomes even MORE depleted.
Getting your period back and restoring your fertility requires eating more- likely much more than you’re used to!
