Лимонное печенье с малиной

📖 Ингредиенты:

- Сливочное масло- 115 г.
- Сахар - 200 г.
- Яйцо - 1 шт.
- Лимонный сок - 1 ст. л.
- Лимонная цедра - 2 ст. л.
- Ванилин - 1 ч. л.
- Разрыхлитель - 1 ч. л.
- Сода - 0,5 ч. л.
- Мука - 200 г.
- Малина - 80 г.

🧑🏻‍🍳 Приготовление:

1. Взбить мягкое сливочное масло с сахаром. Добавить лимонный сок, цедру, яйцо и взбивать ещё 1-2 минуты. Добавить ванилин, разрыхлитель, соду, муку и снова взбить.
2. Добавить малину без лишней жидкости и аккуратно перемешать.
3. Готовое тесто отправить в морозилку на 10-20 минут для охлаждения. На противень, застеленный пергаментной бумагой, выложить ложкой для мороженого охлаждённое тесто.
4. Выпекать в разогретой до 190С духовке 15-18 минут или до тех пор, пока печенье не зарумянится.
