We scroll through the Instagram feed every day in search of exercises, life hacks, recipes, whatever. We save this, so that later we will definitely try and use it every day. As a result, we waste a lot of time, but we haven’t taken any concrete actions.
We leave everything for later, for tomorrow, because there are only 24 hours in a day, they are already scheduled. And we believe that can return to our health and beauty later.

For any result, discipline is needed, this applies to all areas, not just self-care. It is important not only to keep the exercise, but to do it regularly.
